1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to UrbanWild (SocialChange)! By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and SocialChange ("we," "us," "UrbanWild", “SocialChange”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UrbanWild. If you're under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated
• You may not share your account or transfer it to others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Games, Missions & Points

How It Works:

• UrbanWild offers games that group city hotspots into missions
• You earn points by completing missions and checking in at locations
• Points contribute to your ranking on global leaderboards
• Points can be redeemed for prizes according to our rewards catalog

Important Clarifications:

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged except as specified in the app
• We reserve the right to adjust point values, mission requirements, and reward offerings at any time
• Fraudulent activity (fake check-ins, location spoofing, bot usage) will result in point forfeiture and account termination
• We may modify or discontinue games, missions, or the rewards program at our discretion

5. Leaderboard Participation & Competition

By playing games on UrbanWild and completing game levels or achieving victories, you agree that your gameplay data will be automatically uploaded to our global leaderboard system.

Automatic Enrollment:

When you complete a game level or win a match, your points and scores are automatically synced to the global leaderboard. This enrollment is automatic and constitutes your entry into ongoing competitions for prizes and recognition.

Public Display of Information:

Your participation in the leaderboard means the following information may be publicly visible to all UrbanWild users:

• Your username or display name
• Your score and game progress
• Your current ranking position

Competition Eligibility:

By participating in the leaderboard, you are automatically eligible for prizes awarded to top performers. Prize eligibility and distribution are subject to our competition rules and may vary by region or promotion.

Fair Play Requirements:

• Play fairly and not use cheats, hacks, or exploits
• Not manipulate scores or rankings through unauthorized means
• Not share accounts or engage in collusive behavior

We reserve the right to monitor leaderboard activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and remove users from the leaderboard. Violations may result in disqualification from competitions, forfeiture of prizes, and potential account suspension or termination.

No Guarantee of Prizes: While we strive to run fair competitions, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate leaderboard competitions at any time without prior notice. Prize availability and eligibility requirements may change.

6. Prizes & Rewards

Redemption:

• Prizes are subject to availability
• Reward fulfillment may take up to 15 business days
• Some prizes may have additional terms from third-party providers
• We're not responsible for prize quality, delivery issues caused by third parties, or your use of prizes

Apple Disclaimer:

• Prizes and rewards are offered solely by UrbanWild, not Apple Inc.
• Apple is not a sponsor of, nor responsible for, any games, missions, contests, or rewards offered through UrbanWild
• Any questions, complaints, or claims related to prizes should be directed to UrbanWild, not Apple

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Use the app for commercial purposes without our permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the leaderboard
• Use location spoofing or GPS manipulation tools
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws while using the app

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, logos, and functionality of UrbanWild are owned by SocialChange and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Copy, modify, or distribute our app or content without permission
• Use our branding or trademarks without written consent
• Scrape or extract data using automated tools

User Content: When you post content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it within the app and for promotional purposes.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

UrbanWild may contain links to third-party websites or services. We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use them at your own risk.

10. Location Services

Some features require access to your location. By enabling location services, you consent to our collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

• AS IS: The app is provided without warranties of any kind
• Hotspot Information: We don't guarantee accuracy or safety
• Physical Activity: You're responsible for your own safety

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrbanWild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or amounts exceeding what you paid us in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanWild from claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

• These terms are between you and SocialChange, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Apple is not responsible for product or legal claims
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, points, and unredeemed rewards.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, US. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York, US.
